- To improve basic education in the public schools by providing them with greater access to varied and updated instructional materials for elementary and secondary school students and teachers, the moratorium on the evaluation of instructional materials, both foreign and local, contained in Office Order dated March 26, 1990 is hereby lifted effective immediately.
- For this purpose, instructional materials may now be submitted for evaluation. All submissions and inquiries may be addressed to:
