1. In view of the limited resources obtaining in the Department, all Bureau Directors are advised to defer implementation of training programs except those that are scheduled to be undertaken this April and May by the National Educators Academy of the Philippines (NEAP) intended for teachers and school administrators.
2. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Order is directed.
