1.   DECS Order No. 92. s. 1999 details the November 1999 NFE A&E Tests and corresponding guidelines on registration and the conduct of the tests on November 27 for the Elementary level and November 28, 1999 for the Secondary- level to be administered in Regions V, VII, XII and National Capital Region (NCR).

2.   As mentioned, the Registration Period for the NFE A & E Tests started on September 6 and will end on October 19. 1999.

3.   The Test Registration Centers are public or private elementary or high schools which Were selected and designated by the Schools Division Superintendents based on the selection, criteria as stated in the aforementioned DECS Order.

4.   These Test Registration Centers shall also serve as the Testing Centers. No change of Testing Centers and no additional registration and testing centers will be allowed unless absolutely necessary with written approval of the Undersecretary for Programs and Projects or the Director IV of the BNFE.

5.   Attached is the list of Registration and Testing Centers designated by the Schools Division Superintendents and submitted by the Regional Directors of the respective pilot sites in the regions and approved by this Office.

6.   Immediate and wide dissemination of the contents of this Order to all concerned is desired.
