  1. Due to incomplete and/or inconsistent data contained in the tech-voc school profiles submitted in compliance with Unnumbered Memoranda dated September 26, 2006 and November 10, 2006, the Department has tapped SEAMEO Center for Educational Innovation and Technology (SEAMEO-INNOTECH) for their technical support in the preparation for the design and implementation of the tech-voc program of the Department.
  2. A survey instrument has been developed by SEAMEO Center for Educational Innovation and Technology (SEAMEO-INNOTECH) aimed at generating a more comprehensive assessment of the existing 261 technical-vocational schools in terms of their existing resources, curricular offerings, and present situation. (Find attached.)
  3. Vocational School Administrators/Heads of Technical-Vocational Schools are hereby directed to complete the attached survey form and send the same immediately to the Research Studies Unit, SEAMEO-INNOTECH at fax number (02) 928-7692 on or before 12 February 2007.
  4. Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance with this Order is desired.
