In addition to his present functions, ASEC. JONATHAN E. MALAYA is hereby designated as Assistant Secretary for Legislative Liaison.
In the discharge of his functions, he shall coordinate closely with the Undersecretary for Legal and Legislative Liaison and he shall be assisted by the Legal Division. Moreover, he is hereby authorized to form a Legislative Unit from among the existing personnel of the said division.
This Order shall take effect immediately. Immediate and wide dissemination is desired.
