In the exigency of service, Assistant Secretary Jesus Lorenzo R. Mateo is hereby designated as Officer-in-Charge of the International Cooperation Office (ICO).

He shall be addressed as:
JESUS LORENZO R. MATEO Assistant Secretary Officer-in-Charge International Cooperation Office

This Order takes effect immediately. All other existing orders and/or memoranda inconsistent with this Order are superceded and therefore deemed rescinded.
