- For the information and guidance of all concerned, enclosed is a copy of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act (RA) No. 8525 entitled Adopt-a-School Act of 1998.
- Pursuant to Part V, Rule No. 2, these implementing rules and regulations shall take effect thirty (30) days after its publication in a national newspaper of general circulation and submission of a copy to the University of the Philippines (UP) Law Center.
- Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance with this Order is directed.
