DECS Participation in the Effective Implementation of the National Consumer Act of the Philippines (R.A, 7394)

- As mandated by the National Consumer Act of the Philippines, R.A. 7394, reproduced on the reverse side is a copy of Department Administrative Order No. 1, s. 1994 of the National Consumer Affairs Council (NCAC), Department of Trade and Industry, entitled Designating DTI Regional/Provincial Directors as NCAC Coordinators.
- The Department of Education, Culture and Sports is one of its implementing agencies, hence, the officials concerned are requested to cooperate and support the Council to ensure the effective implementation of its programs/projects/activities for consumer protection.
- It is desired that this Order be immediately and widely disseminated for the guidance of all concerned.
