1.   To facilitate decision making at this critical state of project implementation Undersecretary Antonio A.S. Valdes is hereby designated as Project Director of the Third Elementary Education Project. The Project Director will be assisted by Assistant Secretaries Fe A. Hidalgo, Ramon C. Bacani, Mario P. Bravo and Emmanuel M. Mariano as Deputy Project Directors.

2.   This Order shall take effect immediately. Any DECS regulation inconsistency or contrary to this Prder is hereby amended or suspended.

3.   Immediate dissemination of this Order to all concerned is desired.
