1. For the information and guidance of all concerned, enclosed is a copy of National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA) Board Resolution No. 12, s. 2008 entitled “Resolution Enjoining the Member Agencies of the NCDA Board to Employ Qualified PWD Encoders Using Available Recruitment Schemes”.
2. The hiring of qualified persons with disabilities shall be subject to existing DepED and CSC recruitment policies, rules and regulations.
3. Immediate dissemination of this Order is directed.
